If you're in central Florida you're not going to get a better install than Sam's French Drains and if you're outside his install radius your best to go to him for materials and tips - more than worth your time!

Sam and his crew were great to work with. He is very communicative and thorough. We had initially planned on him fixing some issues with another company's installed French drain, but once work started, it was very apparent he would need to redesign a section to get it to drain properly.eve with multiple projects stacked up, he still took the time to do it the right way. With the last several heavy rains that we've had, I have noticed no more water overflowing my gutters or drain lines getting overwhelmed. Would recommend them to anyone

I am so glad we went with Sam for our yard drainage issues. He explains everything, uses top notch materials, and stays as long as it takes to get the job done right. He really knows his craft and is meticulous about his work. He even makes rounds to your property after it rains to make sure everything is flowing properly. No shortcuts. That is old school work ethic and it is hard to find nowadays. We thought he would be more expensive b/c of all of the above and the materials he uses, but he is not. We got 2 other quotes from bigger companies and they were actually more expensive. There is a waiting list due to it being a smaller business and personalized service, but it is so worth the wait.

I was very concerned about moisture in my concrete slab, but Sam's assessment was a relief. Instead of pushing an expensive new installation, he saved me significant costs by cleaning and repairing my existing system. He explained the issues clearly and taught me how to maintain everything moving forward. If you want an honest, skilled professional who won't upsell you on things you don't need, call Sam. I highly recommend him.

I needed the best drainage pipe in the business (4" new and old formula) from the French Drain Man and Sam moved heaven and earth to re-fill my personal DIY supply down here in Florida! No matter how busy Sam was (and he is VERY busy with many, many satisfied customers), he always got back to me!! Outstanding service. Sam and his team installed a french drain system at our home this month and did a fantastic job. He communicates each step of the way, takes lots of before and after photos to show you progress, is meticulous and detailed, and cares about doing it right. He found many areas on our property outside his scope that needed fixing as well and took care to do things right (I had to remind him too many times to make sure he charges us for all the work he did)! We would recommend with 5 stars to anyone that could use a professional like Sam and his team that truly cares about getting it right, and we look forward to using him again

A second contractor claimed they could correct everything, but reused the same inadequate materials and clearly didn’t understand how to optimize a yard drain, downspout drain, or French drain system. The drains lacked consistent slope, and the catch basin they installed could not be adjusted—forcing every pipe to be raised to match it, which only made drainage worse. Recently moved and the house had a lot of issues with water accumulating by the pool pump and side of the house.
